Does UrbanPX Offer Refunds?

We normally do not issue refunds, for the reason that thereā€™s no way to return a digital product. However, if you are experiencing any difficulties with our products or themes, we will be more than happy to offer support and resolve the situation.

We generally offer refunds when the item you purchased is broken, malfunctioning or corrupt, or doesnā€™t function as described. Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support Team. Get in touch with our support team here.

We have the right to rectify the error or defect within 7 days. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 7 days from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. Please be advised that temporary access to your server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.

Itā€™s important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between an item that is broken and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the item is not working.

Refund Conditions

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned, we cannot grant a refund if you simply change your mind after purchasing our products. If you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

While we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible ā€“ it can take up to 15 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

Some conditions apply:

  • We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund.
  • Please open a support ticket before requesting a refund.
  • Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
  • (Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products or you buy it by mistake.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you renew the product.
  • If the refund is demanded and we installed the theme or imported the dummy content a fee of $50 will be charged.
  • You agree to deactivate and delete our theme from your server and your computer before the refund request is placed.

Right of Change

We have the right to change this Privacy Policy page by making adjustments or adding new rules to our legal pages without notice. By visiting and (or) signing up for UrbanPX services, you agree 100% to this rule.
